Painless Data Import
Netage has experience importing data from a variety of databases and other applications.  We are happy to assist with import tasks, and will employ best practices to successfully map and import any dataset.  If you prefer to do it yourself, Dynamo includes two data import tools: the Dynamo Excel Add-In for quickly feeding data from spreadsheets, and the Dynamo Import Studio for large imports with business rules. 

Powerful Query Capabilities
You can leverage Dynamo’s query capabilities to quickly retrieve information and generate targeted lists.  The application includes a Google®-like “Search-as-you-Type” box for locating specific records, and an Advanced Search tool for building queries, or views.  Views can be populated with any number of Dynamo fields; filtered, grouped, or sorted by multiple criteria; and saved for future use.

Mail Merge Wizard
Dynamo allows you to create targeted mailing lists and send out monthly performance estimates and other personalized correspondence.  The Mail Merge Wizard guides users of all skill levels through the process, and includes multiple distribution methods (e.g. mail, e-mail, fax, and the integrated Dynamo Investor Portal).  Moreover, an activity is automatically logged for each recipient.

Pipeline Management
You can employ the Investor Opportunities entity to designate investors that have shown interest in a fund, and then track their progress through the pipeline.  Because each opportunity is linked to the parent investor and the appropriate fund, information can be rolled up for forecasting, analysis, and reporting.  Consequently, you can generate your fundraising pipeline report with the push of a button, or have it scheduled for automatic e-mail delivery.
