The position:
As a member of our Product Development Group, you will be teamed with a product manager(s) to develop best of breed solutions within the industry. You will serve as a UI designer for the company's browser-based CRM application and translate ideas into highly usable interface designs.


Key Responsibilities:
• Work directly with the Product Manager with understanding key business requirements and developing compelling interactive solutions.
• Capable of turning wireframes & ideas into great UI designs
• Follow cross browser compatible design & web standards
• Assist in the conception procedure for keeping the product's UI appealing, updated, & relative
• Create great designs with regards to usability, function, & aesthetics
• Look at leaders & competitors outside & inside of the industry to see how we can stay ahead

Requirements:
• B.S. in Computer Science or related skill
• High level of proficiency with AJAX
• Expertise in web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Demonstrated ability to quickly iterate through multiple concepts, designs and layouts, effectively incorporating feedback
• Strong conceptual and design skills, including user interface design; strong web UI design skills, demonstrated in portfolio of relevant work
• Skilled with software release build and deployment procedures
• Exceptional problem & analytical solving abilities
• Driven by constant development & learning, devoted to delivering outstanding solutions
• Exceptional organizational & communication abilities
• Understanding of present trends in web design
• Familiarity with cross-browser & platform compatibility requirements such as Internet Explorer rendering issues
• Capability to work on numerous overlapping projects individually with little supervision
