1998     Netage founded to address the growing market need for intuitive, industry-specific software
             applications for tracking deals and managing investor relations and reporting.

1998     Netage introduces InvestorDynamo™ Online Reporting, a web portal for secure, online LP reporting.

1999     Netage introduces NetageVC™ / DealDynamo™, deal and investor relations management for private
             equity and venture capital firms.

2002     Netage introduces InvestorDynamo™, an investor relationship management application for hedge
             funds and funds of funds.

2004     Netage introduces FundDynamo™, a fund manager due diligence application for funds of funds,
             family offices, and institutional investors.

2005     As validation of its technology leadership and best practices, Netage is profiled in Microsoft's annual
             “Innovation Starts Here” book.

2006     Netage introduces PropertyDynamo™, a deal tracking and investor relations management application
             for real estate investment firms.

2007     Netage achieves Microsoft Gold Partner status, representing the seamless compatibility of the
             Dynamo™ suite with the Microsoft SQL Server database and .NET architecture.

2008     Netage relocates its corporate headquarters to the Arsenal on the Charles in Watertown, MA to
             accomodate its continued growth and success.

             investment firms with Web access and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery.

2011     Netage releases the Partnership Accounting Module, enhancing the functionality of the Dynamo
             platform, enabling fund managers to streamline and automate partnership accounting.
