Online Support – Netage clients receive unlimited technical support through The Client Connection.  In addition to a helpdesk ticket system for submitting and tracking requests, the state-of-the-art portal includes self-service tools, such as a knowledgebase, as well as areas for downloading product documentation and training materials.

Product-Based Support - Dynamo™ has a built-in Help section that contains an overview of key features and tasks, along with detailed step-by-step instructions, product tips, and short demonstration videos.  There is also a form for submitting support questions and product suggestions directly via Dynamo™.
